They are: Muhammad Arhum, Danica Batista, Nathan Grandwetter, Claire McCloskey, Kelechi Njoku, Riley O’Rourke, Lucas Palchik, Ariana Rueda, Elnaz Sadeghi, and Max Straussberg.
The recognition reflects their performance on the 2025 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, or PSAT/NMSQT. Their scores put them among the top 50,000 students who entered the 2027 program.
Each of the 10 honorees will receive a letter of commendation issued by the school and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.
